Returns Policy
The following is for guidance only and does not affect our Terms & Conditions.
We hope you are delighted with your order, but if you are unhappy with your products you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund.
Items damaged in transit or missing from your order must be notified within 48 hours.
Please do not return damaged goods without contacting us in the first instance.
Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you will have to pay the delivery charge and to return the item to us.
1. Refunds
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement will be issued. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Where do I send my return?
Send your item to Carnilove Returns, Bancroft Place, 10 Bancroft Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 7RP, UK. Please include a copy of your invoice or a letter with your name, address and order number inside the package so we know who the goods belong to on return.
3. Order arrived damaged / faulty
If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, please call our customer services department on 01737 488400 or email us at: sales@bsbproducts.co.uk.
